Volunteer Recruitment and Referral meets the volunteer needs of community agencies, organizations and events across all of Hastings and Prince Edward Counties.
Volunteer Recruitment and Referral increases the capacity of the community by providing volunteers to support the programs and events of agencies and organizations across Hastings and Prince Edward Counties. These programs and events are essential to a strong and vibrant community and would not be possible without the support of these volunteers. The interview and referral process ensures the needs of the volunteer are matched with the needs of the agency increasing satisfaction and volunteer retention.

The Information & Referral program provides the most complete listing of social services for Hastings and Prince Edward Counties. The program provides an effective tool for individuals and agency staff to quickly access the information they require and find the services most approriate for themselves or their clients. The objective is to provide access to services that will address urgent but non-life threatening situations.
Volunteer & Information Quinte hold two fund-raising events: Dancing With The Stars of Quinte and Ladies Golf & Spa day.
