Our Vounteer Coordinator interviews over 1400 volunteers per year and refers them to different non-profit organization located in Hastings and Prince Edward Counties depending on their interests.

Promotion of volunteerism

Part of our mandate is to promote the benefits of volunteerism in our community. We organize volunteer fairs, we write newspaper articles, we go in classrooms.

The Quinte Association of Volunteer Administrators is held the last Wednesday of each month.  We share information about volunteer management and the newest procedures in force in the non-profit sector.
